Why did I chose oceanview as my blog name?  I don't know. I think it's because I love the ocean and don't live even remotely near one and always wished I did.  I first saw the ocean when my mom and I went on a short vacation to Florida when I was 20. It was instant love for me. I was enraptured. It was bigger and more beautiful than I had thought it would be, and I knew I didn't want to leave.  Nothing makes me feel as peaceful, close to the Creator, or healthy as the ocean.  Nothing.

When I'm there, there's no where else I want to be, and that's a pretty high compliment, if you think of your life and all the places you have to go where you wish you were somewhere else. Its power and magnificence blows my mind.

It feels like home.
